Based upon the Japanese haute cuisine known as kaiseki, join us at The Lively for an intimate and exclusive dinner that showcases seasonal cooking from a new perspective paired with eye-opening sake pairings.

Centered around the core Japanese culinary philosophy of “Gomi, Gokan, Goyo” (“five tastes, five senses, five methods"), Executive Chef Edward Higgins crafts an ever-evolving tasting menu juxtaposing traditional Japanese dishes with innovative interpretations, inspired by Chef's years living and working in the heart of Tokyo.
